--Willa S. Stump, 93, of Grantsville, died Monday, Feb. 19, 2007 at Worthington Manor Nursing Center, Parkersburg.
She was a daughter of the late Roy and Florence Ferrell Sturm. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Grantsville and the American Legion Auxiliary for many years. She was a 1933 graduate of Calhoun County High School and retired after working many years in the Calhoun County assessor’s office.
She is survived by three brothers, Carl Sturm of Millstone, Jess Sturm of Tempe, Ariz., and Chester Sturm of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and one sister, Helen Cain of Kailua, Hawaii.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hatzel Stump in 1980; two brothers, Cecil Sturm and Roy Sturm Jr.; and two sisters, Elsie and Ruth.
Service is 1 p.m. today (Thursday) at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.
